STA-TITE H' and 'Pat. The pictures show one plug disassembled. The manufacturer is Sta-Tite Manufacturing Co, of Gen. The plugs are 2-1/8 inches long and 1-1/8 wide.

I found a picture of the original packaging for this item and it shows how plug assembles. 2495206' are in raised letters on the plug end of plugs. We emptied a junk drawer in my grandparents house and I found these five 5 un-used plugs. The ivory color is sited by the manufacturer as item catalog number 304403.

The brand is STA-TITE and the metal prongs are new looking. The plastic cover is ivory, maybe Bakelite.
