I am confident it can be repaired. I think that it just needs to be lubricated since all of the electrical and mechanical parts are sound. I purchased this Bsr 810 dual voltage in Germany 1973 when was stationed there with the us military.

Includes many accessories as shown in the photographs. Just recently, I unpacked it and set up still played for a while then quit. Cosmetically, it is in excellent shape with wood frame and no scratches.

It sat in storage, well protected, for 35 years. Also comes with original manual. It comes with a pre-amplifier to use receivers without one.
