Overall, this crossover is very well preserved. In addition, i've neatly separated the woofer and tweeter wires with ties for new owners convenience. Plus, the /- terminals are in perfect working order and hold speaker cable very tight. The above photo is presented only for donor model reference.
It features two capacitors, a resistor, and heavily-wired copper indicator. Offered for your consideration is one 1 Polk Audio two-way, three-driver crossover network removed from my CS100 channel speaker, USA-manufactured in 1991. The crossover frequency is not given in the specs, but Polk typically used 3kHz two-way platforms during this production era. This crossover was used to divide two MW4003 4 mid/bass drivers from the SL1501 dome tweeter.
Polk typically uses black as positive, so both woofer wires with entirely white ends are negative. There are no cracks or scratches on the face plate. The face plate measures 23/16 square and extends about 3 into the cabinet. Lastly, it was recently tested to function perfectly with the factory drivers before cabinet disassembly.
This Polk channel crossover is in clean, excellent condition.
