Aftermarket replacement styli for these are available from Rico in japan. I also applied a tiny bit of black between the stylus and the cartridge body to secure the stylus. One wing has been broken off of the stylus grip and the cantilever has been bent and straightened by me.

5g output 11mv channel balance Elac sts 344 stereo cartridge with d344 e stylus. The stylus shows essentially no wear at 200x magnification but it's had a pretty rough life. The cartridge has been tested in my system and it sounds very good. Consider this offer to be for the cartridge only although the original stylus could be used in a pinch.
