This is a Gc Electronics Colorscope it belonged to my friends dad who did TV radio repair. The mirror closest to suction cup was hard photograph.
It looks like theres some dirt. This hard to find Colorscope is in vintage previously owned condition and comes with the original box, as shown.
The box has some stains. I really don't know what it is or if can be cleaned up but the condition of seen in reflection mirror at other end see photo 5.
