Do a google search and you'll find lot of information about this historic rare fm antenna. And, one picture shows that it comes with the coax cable adapter too. A handy person might be able to bend the bent metal more back into shape, but I decided not try that myself. I purchased this antenna new in the late 1990and deployed it attic of my house.

This shows the antenna on floor of my former garage, and there are some close-ups bent connectors so you can see slight damage sustained during several times I unfolded folded it. It needs a new home.

So now I have it in my living room. Later, we converted the attic to storage and folded antenna back up, in 2015 my wife divorced me wanted out of there.
