Details:

I noticed a slight rise in the response at 10 MHz which can be corrected by full calibration. No power cord included. A quick test indicates good response out to 30 MHz with slight rise in. The readings from sigh gen at DBMS 50 ohms with a correction factor of 10.

78 db indicate the instrument is right on nose. Hp3400a rms meter tested for operation. Unit cosmetics are good.
