On the back there are 5 inputs that have been soldered. Also has 2 needles. On either side of main needle. The piece of paper on lower left right side photo meter is probably an old calibration sticker.

I have no way of testing this meter nor any idea what it was used for and is sold as. Item is a panel meter of unknown type. There also appears to be a small needle next the scale is bipolar with markings of plus or minus 50 arc minutes.
