May be pushed into cartridge,or may be completely missing,cannot tell. Cartridge shows no visible cantilever or stylus. Needs repair. Includes original black cardboard box,instructions,and lined presentation box.
However when operational these cartridges have a very pleasing output,and sell at expensive prices. There are companies who specialize in repairing and or rebuilding audiophile quality cartridges such as this.

Own a piece of Sae history. Noticed a small pull tab on lower lining,lifted it and voila. Reason for thinking item may be non working nos cartridge is there is an unopened unused nos cartridge installation kit which included mounting screws,nuts,and washers. May be not sure.
Along with unused mini screwdriver and stylus cleaning brush and last but not least four unused wiring terminals for the cartridge to head shell wiring. Found the installation kit,under the presentation box bottom lining,had no idea they were there.
