I have 4 of these adapters. Original box with instructions included.
However, it is much like graphite powder. Box shows some very light wear and scuffing around edges. If there is any residue on instruction sheet, best thing to do is tap or blow powder off paper.

Model a 1922 this item is new old stock not used in height white plastic these are rare to find in this condition. I'm not exactly certain of what milked is made of. Inside folded instructions is also a small envelope which contains a powdery substance lubricant that Webcor called milked.
